4 Chicken boullion cubes
1 qt water
1 c diced celery
1 c diced onions
2 1/2 c cubed raw potatoes
1 c diced carrots
1 (20oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chickedn soup
1 lb cubed velveta cheese

Cook, covered the boullion cubesm water, celery, & onion for about 20 min. Add potatoes carrots & mixed vewgetables. Cook until tenter, about 30 min. Add Chicken soup & cheese; Heat until cheese melts. Makes about 4 qts.
