Pack your lunch-
If you and/or your spouse work, this is by far the easiest way to save money. For lunch we pack a sandwich and we add things like cheese sticks, bay carrots, chips (that we buy in bulk at Sam’s Club) yogurt, ect.
Stop eating dinner out-
It’s much cheaper to eat at home. Cutting out fast food all together is probably not going to happen for most people, but if you’re eating out nightly try to cut it back to once a week. If you’re eating out weekly, try to cut it back to bi-weekly or Monthly. **not only is it cheaper, but you might even loose a bit of weight. **
